These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Untung44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services, website, mobile interface, and all associated features available at untung44.cam (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person (individuals only — corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are accessing and using the Services from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or registering an account for use by another individual.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Untung44 or its affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction preventing you from doing so.

Registration on the Platform requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The information you provide at registration forms the basis of your Account and is used for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes.

Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth (confirming you are aged 21 or above).
• Valid email address that you actively monitor.
• Mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit — MYR — is the default and primary currency of the Platform).
• A secure password of your choosing, meeting the Platform's minimum complexity requirements.

Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Untung44 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts where discrepancies are identified.

You must notify Untung44 promptly if any of your registered details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Updates to Account details can be made via the Account Settings section or by contacting our support team via live chat.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. Untung44 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat or email.

Untung44 is required to verify the identity of Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances, including but not limited to large deposits, flagged account activity, or where required by our compliance obligations. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

Documents Typically Required

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three months, clearly showing your name and address.
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the document in the same frame.

Verification Timelines

Standard KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours of submission of complete and satisfactory documentation. Untung44 may request additional documents if initial submissions are insufficient. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is fully satisfied.

The Platform supports transactions denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and selected cryptocurrencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and, where applicable, withdrawals:

• DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 10 minutes processing; subject to banking hours for certain banks.

• USDT TRC20 / Bitcoin — cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals processed subject to blockchain confirmation times (typically 15 to 60 minutes).

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit is MYR 50. Maximum transaction limits may be adjusted at the Platform's discretion without prior notice.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met in full before processing commences:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits.
• The Account must be in good standing with no active investigation or restriction flags.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

Untung44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion and to the general provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Funds.
• Wagering requirements for each bonus are stated prominently at the time of the offer. Players should review these requirements before opting into any promotion.
• Untung44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any active promotion at any time. Where changes are made to live promotions, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories, including certain live casino or low-margin games, may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements.

VIP Program

Players enrolled in the Untung44 VIP program receive cashback, monthly bonuses, and other tier-specific rewards. VIP tier assignment is based on monthly wagering turnover and is assessed at the beginning of each calendar month. Tier benefits are subject to change and are not contractually guaranteed from month to month.

All games available on the Untung44 Platform operate under specific game rules published within each individual game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to each game before wagering.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other covered competitions are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable at the time of bet placement. Untung44 reserves the right to void bets where manifest errors in odds are identified, where match integrity concerns arise, or where technical faults affect the integrity of the market.

Live Casino

Live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack are streamed in real time via third-party game provider infrastructure. In the event of a stream disconnection during an active round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game provider's recorded data and will be considered final.

Game Fairness

All slot games and RNG-based games available on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where available. Untung44 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — all results are determined by the underlying game provider's certified RNG systems.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Untung44 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of associated balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any alias or third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or coordinating wagering activity to exploit promotional terms or game mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction associated with criminal proceeds.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any other player's account, or the Platform's backend systems.
• Charging back any deposit made to the Platform via a payment provider dispute mechanism without first seeking resolution through the Platform's support channels.

All content on the Untung44 Platform — including but not limited to the Platform's name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of Untung44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the Untung44 name, logo, or brand elements in any context outside of your personal use of the Services.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Untung44 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from Platform unavailability, game errors, or payment processing delays.
• Damages arising from technical failures, server outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any action taken by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.

Where a game or transaction error results in an incorrect credit to a Player's Account, Untung44 reserves the right to correct the error and recover the incorrectly credited amount, regardless of the time elapsed since the error occurred. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will be subject to Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

Nothing in these Terms limits Untung44's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Untung44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts — Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion — Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Check Reminders — Periodic on-screen reminders display time elapsed and net session results to promote informed decision-making.

Untung44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Your Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to restrict or close your Account.
• You have initiated chargebacks or payment disputes without first engaging Platform support.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, Untung44 will process any eligible outstanding withdrawal balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and standard processing timelines. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings not yet converted to Real Money Funds via completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Untung44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and Untung44 relating to your Account or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. The support team will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable governing jurisdiction. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Services must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
